Who We Are
Bay Area Women in Publishing (BAWiP) connects and supports current and aspiring colleagues who identify as women or non-binary, helping them to build professional networks in and beyond the Bay Area and advance their career goals while building community and a more equitable environment in publishing. We are a completely volunteer-run member-supported non-profit organization.
Membership is $25 a year (currently prorated to be $12) and will offer access to exclusive job listing, webinar archives, networking, professional development, and mentorship opportunities. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Request a scholarship on the payment page to cover your membership fee.
BAWiP is committed to cultivating a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible publishing industry across race, gender, ability, age, beliefs, identity, sexuality, national origin, and professional and life experience.
